Paleo/Keto Mocha Frappuccino

I’m always shouting from the rooftops about how awfully unhealthy specialty or convenience drinks are.

Unless you know what that barista is up to back there, it’s always best to BYO(Drink). Here is my version of a classic Starbucks frappuccino—hold the copious amounts of unhealthy sugar and fat. This is a great way to re-purpose the extra coffee from your morning pot!


Mocha Frappuccino

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 scoop primal kitchen chocolate coconut collagen

  • 1/2-1 cup black coffee

  • 2 tbsp chia

  • 1-2 tbsp almond butter

  • unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • ice

Blend blend blend—so good!
