Healthy nectarine cobbler because Friday—and just in time for tonight’s dessert  This can be swapped with peaches, plums, apples, whatever you have on hand. ⁣

Healthy Fruit Cobbler

Chop up fruit of choice and set aside (I used 2 good-sized nectarines)⁣

Crumble⁣

  • 1 cup oats (can be gf)⁣

  • 2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil⁣

  • Handful chopped walnuts ⁣

  • Dash of vanilla extract ⁣

  • Lakanto maple syrup and golden monk fruit sweetener (or sweetener alternative)⁣

  • 2 tbsp full-fat yogurt ⁣

Combine crumble until evenly mixed. Mix in fruit and bake at 375 for 25 min. ⁣
